对此，来自银行业内的一位资深人士透露，目前民生银行的个人首套住房按揭贷款已经在基准利率上上浮15%，且“执行有一段时间了”。

所以，按照银行房贷利率的上浮，在不少人看来，在去杠杆的背景下，银行资金成本增加，惜贷情绪渐浓，未来不排除银行继续上调贷款利率的可能性。
